Architect – Plan Reviewer & Consultant

We're seeking a licensed Architect to join our team on a freelance basis to help review and enhance our residential/commercial building plans. This is a flexible, remote role perfect for an experienced professional looking to contribute to high-quality, real-world projects without the overhead of full-time work. • Review architectural plans and offer expert suggestions for improvements • Ensure plans are practical, efficient, and aligned with building codes and best practices • Deliver concise feedback and markups • Help our internal team understand how to improve functionality, layout, or constructability Qualifications: • A licensed architect (any U.S. state) • A degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) • 5+ years of experience in reviewing or drafting residential or commercial plans • Attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly • Ability to turn around reviews reliably (generally within a few days) Benefits: • Consistent, flexible contract work • Pay per project ($250–$500 depending on complexity) • Autonomy and remote work — live anywhere • A collaborative, responsive internal team
