Role Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Lead – LATAM Region with at least 6 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and an AI specialization, including a required AI Specialist certification, to support implementation and optimization across multiple Salesforce clouds. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, functional leadership, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact solutions for the manufacturing industry. Cloud Expertise: Einstein AI (Specialist certification required) Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Industry Focus: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration across Salesforce clouds Leverage Einstein AI to drive predictive analytics and intelligent automation Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable solutions Configure complex flows, approval processes, and security models Collaborate with offshore/onshore development teams for Apex coding and technical execution Ensure timely delivery aligned with quality and performance standards Participate in client technical assessments and interviews Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience (functional + technical) Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem and hold a Salesforce Einstein AI Specialist certification.
