We’re looking for a marketing support team (freelancer or agency) to join us in managing and growing client campaigns. This includes content creation, digital marketing, branding, and cross-platform visibility. Our current clients span industries like legal advocacy, live events, food & beverage, and education. We build and maintain social media presence, websites, campaigns, and branded assets — all rooted in design-forward thinking and accessible communication. If you can take a messy idea and turn it into clean, strategic content with purpose and polish, let’s talk. What You’ll Do - Design and write monthly social media content (including alt text and visual descriptions) - Create carousels, reels, and short-form video content - Maintain and update websites (basic CMS work, no heavy dev) - Write marketing copy for social, web, and branded materials - Develop branded templates, email footers, and slide decks - Maximize SEO/SEM visibility and support campaign performance - Support planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across platforms What We’re Looking For - A creative, detail-oriented team with strong design and copywriting skills - Experience managing social media accounts and/or maintaining websites - A flexible, proactive approach to shifting client needs Bonus points if you: - Have lived experience as a person with a disability or are part of the disability community - Have worked with advocacy groups, nonprofits, or A/V-heavy clients Commitment - 40–80 hours/month depending on your availability and project fit - Start with a paid trial — if things go well, we’ll bring you into multiple client projects To apply, please include: - A short introduction about you or your team - Samples of social media posts, campaigns, or brand kits you’ve developed - Your hourly rate or package pricing - Availability for a paid trial project We’re excited to find a reliable, creative partner to help our clients stay seen, heard, and remembered — in bold, beautiful ways.
