We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms to align with business goals and maximize return on investment (ROI). - Monitor and analyze campaign performance data (CTR, conversion rates, CPC) to drive continuous improvements and make strategic adjustments. - Create detailed performance reports outlining advertising spend, revenue generation, and optimization insights. - Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance ad relevance across Search, Display, and YouTube networks. - Stay current with Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaign innovation and competitiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives. - Effectively manage ad budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency. - Test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better performance and user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to minimize downtime and inefficiencies. - Work with internal teams to adopt tools, technologies, and automation processes that improve campaign performance. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of Google Ads experience, with proven success in campaign creation, optimization, and analysis. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC, and how they work together to enhance visibility and performance. - Google Ads certification is required. - Agency experience is a plus, particularly in managing campaigns for multiple clients or projects.
