About the Role: Little Sunshine’s Playhouse is seeking an experienced Facebook Business expert to provide virtual coaching and guidance to our social media marketing manager. This role focuses on teaching, troubleshooting, and advising on Facebook Business Manager best practices, ad strategies, and platform updates. You’ll meet 1–2 times per month (virtually) to offer support and ensure our team stays up-to-date and empowered to manage our Facebook presence effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor our social media marketing manager on Facebook Business Manager, including updates, best practices, and optimization strategies. - Troubleshoot and advise on any Facebook-related challenges, including ad approvals, account security, tracking issues, and settings. - Provide insights on how to leverage new Facebook features and tools to enhance our brand’s digital marketing efforts. - Offer clear guidance on audience targeting, ad placement, budgeting, and analytics to drive better performance. - Meet virtually 1–2 times per month for coaching sessions, strategy discussions, and Q&A. Qualifications: - Strong expertise in Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads, including current best practices, platform updates, and troubleshooting. - Up-to-date with the latest Facebook features, privacy policies, and ad optimization strategies. - Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance. - Experience working with marketing teams in early education, family-oriented businesses, or similar industries is a plus. - Reliable, responsive, and collaborative in a remote work environment.
