We’re looking for an experienced paid search specialist to manage and optimise our Google Ads (and potentially Microsoft Ads) campaigns for a UK Mental Health Platform that connects people with qualified therapists across the UK. We currently run a mix of brand, generic, and location-based campaigns with the goal of acquiring therapy clients and improving ROAS. What We Need Help With: • Reviewing and optimising our current Google Ads account • Conversion rate optimisation: experiment with acquisition funnel including lead forms to optimise cost per sale • Structuring and scaling campaigns (Search and Performance Max) • Managing budgets effectively across keyword themes and therapist specialisms • Testing and refining ad copy, extensions, and landing pages • Optimise our conversion tracking and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, etc.) Ideal Candidate: • Expertise in lead generation via paid search (bonus if in health/wellness or similar regulated sectors) • Skilled in data analysis, keyword research, and A/B testing • Familiar with conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, GA4) • Proactive communicator who can suggest tests and iterate quickly • Available to work with us for at least 10–15 hours/month, with potential to scale Nice to Have: • Experience running Paid Social campaigns • Familiarity with therapy/mental health services or similar
