Experienced Video Editor for Short and Long Form Content

We are looking for a experienced video editor proficient in both short form and long form content creation. I will be providing the video content ready to edit. We have the following required... 30 reels 4 long form video (under 15 minutes) We are looking to pay a fixed price and will also require YouTube thumbnails to be done. For Reels our budget is $7.50 per video - If you provide good quality without errors then we can reconsider. Longform, our budget is $25 per video with thumbnail. If you provide good quality without errors then we can reconsider but quality and meeting the delivery is important. We do not require captions as we will use the ones from social media instead.
