Location: Remote Type: Part-time / Full-time / Contract About Us dNOVO Group is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, web design, and PPC. We're seeking a skilled AI Video Editor to take the lead on avatar-based video creation using advanced editing and AI tools. As our AI Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing, and producing high-quality video content with personal avatars. Since our team is fully remote and globally distributed, you will coordinate and guide remote recordings with team members to ensure the quality needed for avatar generation. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and guide remote video recordings of individuals to capture footage required for avatar creation. - Use AI tools such as HeyGen, Kling AI, and ElevenLabs, etc. to generate and customize personal avatars based on filmed footage. - Edit avatar-led and traditional videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. - Design supporting visuals and templates using Illustrator and Figma. - Integrate AI-generated scripts and voiceovers (from ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, etc.) into final video content. - Produce both long-form videos (e.g., YouTube) and short-form content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram). - Optimize content for platform-specific performance and maintain a scalable video pipeline. Required Skills & Experience - Proven ability to guide and oversee remote filming setups (via Zoom, Loom, etc.) and provide instructions for high-quality footage. - Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects. - Experience with AI avatar and voice tools such as HeyGen, Kling AI, ElevenLabs. - Ability to manage complete video workflows: planning, scripting, editing, and publishing. - Creative eye for motion graphics, branding, and storytelling. Bonus Skills - Experience creating branded assets in Illustrator or Figma. - Comfortable using ChatGPT or other LLMs for scripting. - Familiarity with platform-specific video formats and trends. - Background in content production, media, or digital marketing.
