Website Designer Needed for CRO-Focused WordPress Template Design -Commercial Fitouts

We're seeking a talented website designer only (no development required yet) to create a clean, professional, and high-converting website design for our commercial fitout company. The goal is to design template-style pages that follow consistent structures and are optimised for conversion. We will tender development in the next phase – we only need design files (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). What We Need Designed: Template-based page designs – not individual pages. For example: -1x Homepage -1x Service Page Template (e.g., Gym Fitouts, Café Fitouts – same layout, different content) -1x Project/Case Study Page -1x Contact Page -1x Blog Post Template All service pages should follow the same layout, making them easy to duplicate and modify with new content. The structure should feel familiar and cohesive across the site.
