Performance Marketer Needed for Beauty Brand (Meta & TikTok Ads) - Commission-Only

Atenai London is a UK-based luxury wellness and fragrance brand looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to drive eCommerce sales through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads. We're a startup with a bold vision, launching premium personal care and home fragrance products. Our brand blends high-end aesthetics with holistic well-being — and now, we need your expertise to help us scale. We are a NEW START UP so no previous marketing or really big spend. Advert Spend to start with, from £1,000 to £1,500 including retainer or all advert spend per month onwards (can and will be much more but only when we know it will bring results). For example, if we spend £1,000 and we get £3,000 in return then the next month we can spend £2,000 and so on, if profitable. ⚠️ This is a commission-only role or very small retainer — ideal for a performance-driven freelancer who thrives on results. The better your campaigns perform, the more you earn. What You'll Do: Launch and manage ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok Optimise for ROAS and reduce CAC through A/B testing and audience segmentation Report results weekly with clear performance insights Collaborate with our creative team for visuals, hooks, and content direction or provide your own. What We're Looking For: UK-based freelancer (must be available during UK hours) Proven success in managing Meta, TikTok and Google Ads for eCommerce brands Knowledge of sales funnels, remarketing, and performance optimisation Strong communication and autonomy — we’re building fast and need proactive talent Compensation: Commission-only: You’ll earn a generous % per sale generated from your campaigns (fully trackable via UTMs + Shopify dashboard) Potential for long-term collaboration and retainer once proven results are achieved Bonus if you have: Experience marketing beauty/wellness/fashion products A creative mindset and strong ad copy/visual sensibility To Apply: Please include: A brief intro about you and your experience Examples of campaigns you've run (including ROAS and spend) Your availability and expected commission percentage (if any preferences) Let’s build something beautiful — and profitable — together.
