Podcast Sponsorship Closer – Faith & Wellness Market (Results-Based)


We’re looking for someone who knows how to close sponsorship deals and build revenue opportunities for a rapidly growing faith-based podcast, The Energy to Heal — hosted by mental health RN and Splankna practitioner Laura Milliken. Our audience is highly engaged: Christian women aged 25–45 who care deeply about emotional healing, identity in Christ, parenting, and marriage. We receive over 1,000 downloads per week and have a 470K+ follower presence on TikTok. You’ll be in charge of: Identifying ideal brand sponsors and partners Reaching out with warm, aligned messaging Pitching sponsorship packages and closing monthly deals Creating a system for recurring brand partnerships (ads, interviews, mentions, etc.) Compensation: Commission-only or base + results-based bonus Open to a small monthly retainer if justified by clear deliverables and milestones You’ll earn a percentage of any deal you bring in — no cap. Ideal Candidate: Has closed podcast sponsorships or influencer brand deals before Knows the Christian/women’s health/wellness/parenting space Confident on email/DM outreach and building win-win partnerships Isn’t afraid to cold reach but knows how to warm it up naturally Can turn Laura’s incredible audience into ongoing sponsor revenue Bonus if you: Already have a network of brands in the Christian, family, or wellness space Can draft email sequences, outreach scripts, or simple one-sheets Have helped grow other podcasts or creators into monetized shows If you're scrappy, motivated, and purpose-driven — let’s talk.
