We’re seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization and Lead Generation Strategist to help grow our long-term care consulting practice. Seniors First Consultants offers virtual, therapist-led support to families navigating nursing homes, assisted living, and memory care—yet we are very new and need assistance with getting clients to book sessions. We’re looking for someone with experience in CRO/marketing who can improve our site’s conversion flow, create a simple lead nurture funnel, and launch targeted ad campaigns. A background in healthcare marketing would be a huge plus as well. If you have a proven track record of turning traffic into trust and bookings—especially in high-empathy, high-stakes services—we’d love to work with you!
