We’re now on the lookout for a Brand Partnerships Specialist who can help us level up. Someone with the charm, confidence, and connections to bring on incredible brand partners that genuinely align with our vibe - think wellness, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, travel, and everything in between. What you’ll do: - Identify, pitch to, and secure aligned brand partners for events, giveaways, campaigns, and activations - Create and execute strategic partnership campaigns that feel fun, authentic, and community-first - Nurture long-term relationships with brands that get our mission and want to grow with us - Negotiate mutually beneficial deals that bring value to both us and our audience - Track performance and report results with creativity and clarity You'll be fantastic for this role if you: - Are a genuine *kind girl* - Have 2+ years experience in brand partnerships (if not, please apply anyway, we'd love to give you a chance to show what you can do!) - Know how to write a killer pitch and close the deal - Are passionate about building meaningful long term partnerships, not just transactional ones - Have a good eye and know what brands will resonate with our audience - Understand the female community space (bonus if you're already part of communities like ours!) - Are proactive, professional, and full of ideas This role is flexible, remote, and perfect for someone looking to collaborate with a passionate, purpose-driven team.
