We are seeking a qualified and experienced business valuer (ideally a chartered surveyor or certified valuation professional) to carry out an independent valuation of a small, private UK limited company. This valuation is required to facilitate the transfer or sale of shares from one shareholder to another (or potentially as a gift). The company is relatively young with minimal fixed assets, so experience in valuing businesses with intangible assets, service-based revenues, and early-stage growth is essential. Objectives: Provide an independent and HMRC-compliant business valuation Prepare a formal valuation report Help determine a fair market price for the shares Offer guidance on any implications relevant to HMRC (gift vs sale scenarios)
