Description: We’re a growing UK-based property management company looking for a reliable and articulate Virtual Assistant to help us schedule property viewing appointments with prospective tenants. This role is key to how we present ourselves, so we need someone who sounds sharp, professional, and personable on the phone. Responsibilities: Calling leads to arrange viewing appointments Coordinating availability with our internal calendar Following up with potential tenants when needed Maintaining clear and up-to-date records of communications Requirements: Must be based in the UK or have a native-level British accent Excellent phone manner – friendly, confident, and clear Highly organised and responsive Comfortable using email, phone systems, and basic scheduling tools Able to work independently and follow instructions precisely Trial Period: 2 months to start If it’s a good fit, the role may expand to include more tasks within the company Preferred Qualities: Experience in property, lettings, or customer service is a plus Quick learner with good judgment Someone who takes ownership and communicates proactively If you’re professional, personable, and ready to be the friendly voice of our company, we’d love to hear from you.
