I’m looking for an experienced food scientist or product formulator to precisely reverse engineer an existing spice blend. Currently, the blend is private-labeled for my brand by a co-packer (their recipe, my label). Your task is to recreate this blend exactly, paying close attention to flavor, texture (specific grind size of spices), and color. Project Requirements: Precisely reverse engineer an existing spice blend. Maintain a clean-label ingredient list. Provide a detailed recipe/formula including: Ingredients by weight Percentage composition of each ingredient Precise specification of ingredient grind sizes (e.g., mm/mesh/micron size for dried spices) Offer guidance on ingredient sourcing and trusted suppliers to maintain consistency. Optional but appreciated: Recommendations for co-packers familiar with premium spice blends. Project Scope & Timeline: This is a short-term, hourly project.
