We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to help us manage, optimize, and scale our email/SMS marketing efforts for our e-commerce brand. Responsibilities: Develop and manage Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns Create automations/flows (e.g. welcome series, cart abandonment, win-back) Segment and manage subscriber lists Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights A/B test subject lines, creative, and copy Ensure all campaigns are on-brand and optimized for conversions Requirements: Proven experience with Klaviyo (certification is a plus) Experience with Attentive or similar SMS platforms is a bonus Strong grasp of e-commerce email marketing best practices Solid copywriting and design sense Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Project Scope: Initial audit of existing flows and campaigns Ongoing management + campaign creation (2–4/month) Estimated: 10–20 hours/month (flexible) Please Include: A brief intro or cover letter Samples of past Klaviyo campaigns or results Availability and hourly or fixed rate
