Role & Responsibilities We’re seeking a Content Creator (approx. 10-15 hours/week) to join us in a flexible, hands-on role. You’ll be creating engaging, brand-aligned content across social media platforms and website. Your responsibilities will include: - Style and shoot product and lifestyle content for social, website, and campaigns - Capture flat lays, close-ups, unboxing visuals, and behind-the-scenes moments - Edit and post short-form videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok, and more - Repurpose content for Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other channels - Contribute to content calendars, seasonal planning, and creative brainstorms - Support influencer collaborations, pop-ups, and brand events with content - Help create digital assets for packaging, lookbooks, gift guides, and PR decks - Stay updated on trends and suggest ideas that align with Vaarsa’s voice and values What You Bring - A strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling - Confident in mobile photography (DSLR huge plus), videography, and editing (Photoship, CapCut, InShot, etc.) - Familiar with Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) trends, formats, and engagement techniques - Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic designs - A genuine interest in South Asian culture, purpose-led brands, and intentional living - Self-motivated, hustler spirit, organized, and excited to grow with a small brand You’ll be working directly with our founder and have lots of say in how we build the brand voice and visual identity.
