AI Agent Automation Developer – Create Modular Agent Workflows for a Cutting-Edge Marketing Platform

The Mission: We’re building the backend brain of a full-stack AI marketing agency — and we need an n8n expert who can help us automate and scale it from the inside out. Your job? Design, build, and connect AI-powered agent workflows in n8n, similar to what’s shown in this Founders Table IG Reel. We want to replicate and expand these concepts into a robust, modular agent stack that serves creators, editors, and marketers inside our platform. What You'll Be Building You’ll be working inside n8n to develop: Agent workflows for clip generation, content repurposing, email + SMS follow-ups, Google Sheet parsing, and more Automated processes triggered by external tools (Airtable, Firebase, Notion, Slack, Webhooks, etc.) Reusable “agent templates” that connect with APIs (OpenAI, Zapier Webhooks, Transcription, Calendars, etc.) Smart decision logic and routing (if/then paths, multi-branch logic, failover handling) Example Workflows We Want to Build Repurpose Agent: Pulls in podcast transcript → uses GPT → generates title hooks, quotes, social copy Follow-Up Agent: Sends outreach message → waits for reply → creates draft responses using GPT Brief Generator Agent: Pulls Notion page data → formats client brief → sends to Slack + updates Airtable Referral Tracker Agent: Logs referrals → triggers a credit or token mint event via webhook Must-Have Skills Expert-level experience with n8n (minimum 6 months–1 year building complex workflows) Ability to integrate with tools like OpenAI, Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets, REST/Webhook APIs Strong logic flow design — you think in modular systems Familiarity with AI agent thinking or prompt engineering Ability to write custom function nodes (JavaScript) inside n8n for more advanced tasks Clear communicator who documents your work cleanly Bonus Points For Experience with Zapier → n8n migration Experience working in early-stage startups or SaaS environments Familiarity with Firebase, Notion APIs, Discord bots, or custom webhooks Knowledge of how to architect “agent” templates that scale with teams and multiple clients Deliverables Initial: 3-4 agent workflows delivered as templates Documentation (visual & written) Optional: Help integrate into our Firebase-based system or connect to our Webflow portal Why This Is Cool You’re not building automations for the sake of it — you’re helping us build the operating system for creators and agencies Your workflows will directly power the backend of our agency and SaaS product You’ll get to work with AI, marketing, and storytelling tools all at once Potential for long-term work across future agent stacks, internal tools, and client automations How to Apply Send: A short note explaining why you love n8n A Loom or screenshot of a workflow you’re proud of Examples of workflows you’ve built (bonus for OpenAI use cases) Your availability and rate Let’s build the agent layer that replaces 5 tools — and looks cool doing it.
