Legal Consultant (Ongoing, for SaaS/UGC Platform)

We are a UK-based UGC platform that helps brands book vetted content creators for user-generated content (UGC). Brands use our platform to submit briefs, select creators, and manage campaigns. As we work with larger brands and agencies, we often receive legal or compliance-related documents we need help with — and we’d love to find someone who can support us on an ongoing basis. You’d be our go-to person for legal and privacy-related questions that come from clients. This includes: • Filling out GDPR or PII questionnaires • Reviewing questions about data roles (e.g. controller/processor) • Helping clarify how our platform handles data from clients and creators when a client has questions • Reviewing or advising on usage rights terms in client agreements • Comparing client-sent T&Cs or DPAs with our own terms • Flagging when requested changes (e.g. to liability or indemnity sections) may be risky for us *Example* A client sends us a form asking whether we process their staff data, who our subprocessors are, and whether our creators count as data processors. We’d share context and you’d help us complete their form accurately, in a way that reflects how our platform works and aligns with our terms and privacy policy. *Project Type* • Ongoing, flexible • We’ll reach out when something comes up, most requests are short • Please share your hourly rate or any fixed-price options (monthly subscription)
