We have the design and all UI and UX. We are now looking for a highly experienced developer or team to take full ownership of development. This includes recommending the best tech stack, building the platform, and integrating the key features described below. This project was originally started in Webflow, but the platform cannot support our needs. We are open to starting fresh on any tech stack you recommend, as long as it is scalable, maintainable, and reliable. ⸻ Key Features Needed • Multi-role user system: • Renters: Register, browse listings, apply, upload documents, track application status • Landlords: Create listings, manage applications, schedule walkthroughs, approve tenants • Admin: Manage users, listings, applications, and financial transactions • Role-based user authentication and dashboards • Searchable listing database with filters, image uploads, and listing status • Application workflow with document uploads and status tracking • Credit check integration (such as TransUnion or a recommended alternative) • Escrow-style payment integration using Stripe or similar • Walkthrough scheduling and communication between renters and landlords • Admin panel for managing the platform • Secure file and data storage ⸻ What We Are Looking For • Proven experience building multi-role platforms, SaaS tools, or marketplace applications • Strong understanding of backend development, database structure, and secure payment workflows • Ability to integrate external APIs (for credit checks, payments, notifications, etc.) • Ability to recommend the best tech stack for this platform • Experience working with design teams using Figma for UI and flow handoffs • Attention to performance, scalability, security, and user experience ⸻ Important Notes • We are open to any modern tech stack that meets the project’s requirements • We prefer to work on a fixed price basis • We will interview and vet all candidates carefully • Please do not apply unless you have real experience building similar platforms • This is not a fit for junior developers or generalists ⸻ Timeline • Start: As soon as possible • MVP target: 6 to 8 weeks for a working prototype with the core features above ⸻ To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
