Help with Google Slide Show

I have a google slide show set in place with 5 slides. I need someone to do the final touches to it that I am having difficulty with. 1) You must be able to know how to create a certain number of seconds between each slide (e.g. 30 seconds- I can't figure it out); 2) you must be able to upload the music that coordinates with the slides during the 30 seconds that each of these 5 slides are running with; 3) You must know how to ensure that we can create it in google slides, save it as a slide show (with music), and save it in a document that we can play on a lenovo computer attached to a monitor. We need this by Wednesday morning. I am willing to pay. I need samples and recommendations. I am quite frankly tired of 50% of clients saying they can do work and not being able to deliver either in a timely manner or the instructions explicitly stated.
