Hi there! My name is Jane Anderson and I am a business coach working with women who have B2B (Business to Business) consulting and advisory practices. I am searching for an Executive Assistant for my client Arabella Macpherson who is a leadership communication expert who working with leaders in large organisations. She speaks at conferences, write books and delivers world class training and coaching programs. I’m looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant based in the Philippines with ambition to help Arabella grow her practice and help her get some time back. If you would love to work for a dynamic Thought Leader, and are tech-savvy, super-organised, reliable and an efficient all-rounder, I want to hear from you! You’ll be responsible for: • Managing a complex calendar scheduling workload, travel and events • Inbox and email management • Project Management of all speaking, one-on-one coaching clients and public events • Managing a CRM, all client contact details and sales pipeline • Updating website and other marketing materials such as brochures, whitepapers, promotional materials, presentations and newsletters • Managing internal documentation of procedures and processes • Liaising with client, suppliers, meeting planners, IT support, editors and publishers via email and phone You must possess: • Outstanding customer service skills with commercial acumen and a mindset for sales and leads. • Keen attention to detail, super organised, productive and with the ability to stay ahead of Arabella • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken English • Have pride in the work you do always looking for ways to improve and remove friction that slows work down • A high level of responsibility, accountability, integrity, self-motivation and reliability • Computer and internet skills, and a keenness to learn new technologies and software skills relevant to the role • At least 3 years administration experience • A high level of confidentiality • Flexible and comfortable with learning new skills. Not afraid of change, and not attached to the work you have done • Some basic graphic design/Canva skills It is to your advantage if you have: • Experience using Gmail, Google Calendar, Go High Level, Asana, Canva, Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram) & Xero (or alternative invoicing software) Desirable qualifications: • A Bachelors or Masters Degree This great role promises: • Interesting, varied, challenging work • Development and learning opportunities • Work for a dynamic and successful thought leader • Supportive and open employer The role would be around 20 hours per week and with the possibility of to 40 hours for the right person.
