We're a marketing agency working with a custom home builder based in Australia. We’ve created some basic directions using Canva, but now we’re ready to take things to the next level. We’re looking for a talented UI/UX or Web Designer to help develop the look, feel, and layout of a new website. The first deliverables will be a Home Page and a Floorplan Listing Page (mobile & desktop). If these are approved, we’ll likely move forward with 10+ additional pages in the same style. TO BE CONSIDERED - In your proposal provide two visuals of websites you have designed What We're After: - A clean, professional, premium-yet-approachable design. - Strong visual hierarchy, modern typography, and polished UI components. - A flexible style that can scale across multiple pages. - Smart use of motion or interaction suggestions (e.g. hover states, transitions) to give the site a dynamic, high-quality feel. - Design should appeal to mid- to upper-market home buyers. Inspiration: We like the following websites: - New Choice Homes – consistent and stylish, great polish - Summit Homes – premium but still feels affordable; nice use of motion - Cavalier Homes – clean layout and solid presentation of content Deliverables (Initial Phase): - 1x Home Page UI design - 1x Floorplan Listing Page UI design - Designed in Figma Tools / Workflow: - Canva references can be shared as a starting point - You'll be working closely with a marketer (me) who can give clear, fast feedback - We do NOT need development – this is a design-only project Ideal Candidate: - Experience designing for property, construction, or lifestyle brands (preferred) - Strong portfolio with web design examples - Available for ongoing work if initial designs are successful
