This is a key role within the HYPEACH Marketing team driving this channel’s content strategy, content creation and business results. We seek an experienced social media manager and content creator who is a natural leader and is comfortable taking the HYPEACH channel to the next level in partnership with our Marketing Director & Content Team. This individual will lead planning and creating social content that is aligned with women’s fashion industry best practices on the platform, including daily / weekly trends. Candidates MUST have experience creating content for women’s fashion in TikTok & Instagram and this role will work under supervision of our Marketing Director. This role is full-time and must be based at our headquarters office in Irvine, CA, but would require travel to our Melrose Store location for content creation as needed. RESPONSIBILIITIES • Collaborate with Marketing Director & content team to lead planning & execution of content creation across social media channels • Develop and manage a forward-looking content creation roadmap for all social media channels and analyze and report on results weekly • Manage a team of creators in Los Angeles and Orange County to create TikTok and Instagram content that is developed in line with the social media content roadmap, utilizing performance driving tactics and trends to meet business goals and objectives • Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments, including our Melrose Store team and HYPEACH Squad creator network • Manage the HYPEACH Squad creator / ambassador program in partnership with the Brand Strategist and Marketing Director to maximize brand reach, engagement and sales • Research and monitor industry and competitor trends daily and report to the content team weekly on content ideas and execution that you believe will deliver on business goals and objectives • Attend weekly team content planning meetings to help manage forward-looking multi-channel content development strategy, planning and execution EXPERIENCE • 3-5 years of experience consistently managing social media for women’s fashion e-commerce brands • College Bachelor’s degree required • Experience working in all mainstream social media platforms and Shopify (experience in Aspire platform is a plus) • Demonstrated creativity and awareness of fashion trends • Ability to lead in a creative, fast-paced environment independently & as part of a team • Excellent communication and content creation skills • Possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive • Comfortable working with different personalities, new people and subject matter experts • Willing to travel locally in Southern California
