Migrate On-Prem File Share to SharePoint Online

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Migration Specialist (or team) to help us migrate data from an on-premise network file share to SharePoint Online (Office 365). Must-Have Skills: • Proven experience with large-scale file server to SharePoint Online migrations • Expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Familiarity with ShareGate, Microsoft SPMT, or other commercial-grade migration tools • PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting • Clear communication and documentation skills Bonus Points: • Experience working with Active Directory environments • Knowledge of M365 Compliance Center (retention policies, sensitivity labels) • Previous experience managing user communications during migrations • Ability to suggest improvements in folder-to-metadata conversion
