We’re seeking a driven SDR to bring on new client subscriptions (hiring managers and HR teams) and help us scale. What You’ll Do Prospect and qualify tech-company leads via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach Educate hiring managers and HR teams on our subscription model Book and conduct discovery calls, then hand off to our recruiting team Track all activity in our CRM and provide weekly pipeline updates Collaborate with founders on messaging, pricing, and deal strategy Compensation & Perks Weekly Draw: Ramp (Weeks 1–8): $100 /week Acceleration (Weeks 9–16): $250 /week Full Plan (Month 5+): $500 /week Revenue-Share Commission: Ramp Phase: 5 % of first-year subscription revenue on any new account Acceleration Phase: 7.5 % (+1 % bonus on deals greater than $10 K ARR) Full Plan: 10 % of first-year revenue + 5 % on renewals/upsells Performance Accelerators: Tiered uplifts (e.g. +2 % for quarterly new ARR greater than $50 K) Long-Term Upside: Renewals bonuses keep you invested in client success Flexibility: Fully remote; set your own hours Growth Opportunity: Become an early team member at a fast-growing subscription recruiting startup About You 1+ year of B2B sales or SDR experience (tech recruiting a plus) Proven track record in cold outreach, demo booking, and pipeline management Self-starter: able to prospect independently and own your targets Strong communicator: clear, concise email and phone skills Comfortable working on a performance-driven comp plan Ready to join us?
