We are seeking a highly skilled and creative freelancer (or small team) to develop a 2-minute immersive virtual reality (VR) experience depicting the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, set in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall. The experience will feature a cinematic narrative with AI-generated visuals and voiceovers, followed by a free-roam exploration mode where users can walk around the historical environment and interact with objects. The final product must be compatible with popular VR headsets (e.g., Meta Quest 3, HTC Vive) and optimized for platforms like Oculus Store or WebXR.
