Looking for a skilled web project manager to assist with final steps of launching new site

We're looking for a web project manager that can help us get our new site online and then help us optimize it and expand it. BACKGROUND We had an outdated Joomla site that we decided to refresh. A designer created new designs for us and a developer coded it in Webflow. Unfortunately, our developer wasn't able to migrate our Joomla blog so we decide to have a marketing vendor create a templated WordPress site for us just to get something online. The WordPress site wasn't usable, but our blog is now in WordPress - just with the wrong host (it's still on the development site). Our business is primarily word-of-mouth/referrals, so the website being mostly non-functional hasn't been too problematic, but we're not at the point we need to get this resolved. Additionally, we're hoping that this can be a long-term contract as we expect to do a lot more with the website in the future. POSITION SUMMARY We've got the technical and design resources lined up to complete this project, but would prefer someone with knowledge and experience to "fill in the gaps." Specifically, we'd like help with these tasks (and similar): - Review developers to confirm skills/qualifications prior to them starting to work - Evaluate competing contractor/vendor proposals - Answer web developer/vendor inquiries during implementation - Make recommendations based cursory review/initial exposure (e.g., on-page SEO, analytics, CTAs, etc.) - Assist with host/account/site security We also have some site structure/page layout tasks that we need help with so we also want someone who can 1) tell us how things should be done, and 2) be able to wireframe the concept and communicate it to designers/developers. Important note: Although we will likely have design/development questions we'd like you to help us get answered, there will be NO design or development work with this project. BUDGET Right now, small. Primarily because we're looking for simple and fast. We don’t want to start over from scratch and we're not looking to trying to incorporate a lot of advanced functionality. We'll have more flexibility in the future, but for this initial work, we definitely want someone that won't try to make this into a larger project than it needs to be. At that point, it becomes more cost-effective for us to simply turn it over to an outside agency to complete.
