Project Overview: We are seeking a website developer / agency to take our existing corporate Wordpress website and transfer the content to a new Wordpress theme using the godaddy hosting plan, focusing on updating the backend, an improved look and feel, enhanced functionality, and SEO optimization. The theme should be responsive, modern, and customizable, offering a better user experience across all devices. Functionality Enhancements: Implement improved functionality, including but not limited to better performance, optimized loading speeds, and enhanced user interactions. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure forms are collecting data and APIs are functioning properly. Include necessary plugins and transfer current plugins for performance, security, and SEO enhancement. SEO Optimization: Ensure that the website is optimized for search engines, including on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, keyword optimization, and internal linking. Transfer SEO tags and optimization from the current site. Maintain or improve the current site’s SEO performance during and after migration. Hosting & Security: Ensure that the website follows best security practices, including updating any outdated plugins, themes, and Wordpress versions. Implement basic security measures like SSL, two-factor authentication, and CAPTCHA where necessary. Ensure the site is connected to godaddy hosting platform, with a stable database, and being backed up daily.
