We're looking for a UK-based Social Media Manager to help build awareness and generate real leads for a successful tuition academy based in Medway, Kent. The client runs a thriving centre focused mainly on GCSE and A-Level tuition, with a strong reputation locally, but minimal online presence. The goal is to turn social media into a lead generation tool, not a vanity project. You'll be helping us target parents (especially immigrant families from Nigeria) who are looking for high-quality tuition for their children. We want someone who can: Create and schedule regular organic content (image posts, reels, quote graphics, educational tips, etc.) Repurpose content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Run targeted Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (on a small budget) to generate enquiries Optimise and report monthly on performance (leads, enquiries, clicks)
