FLOW is a UK-based ecommerce and digital marketing agency delivering high-performance marketing strategies across fashion, lifestyle, and professional sport. We’re hiring a UK-based Meta Ads expert to join our team as a reliable, process-driven contractor. You’ll work behind the scenes to build and optimise campaigns that support our clients’ growth goals. This role is executional and strategic — you’ll not be client-facing but will collaborate with our internal Account Managers and Marketing team. We need someone who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and delivers performance consistently. What You’ll Do: Build and manage Meta Ad campaigns across ecommerce and sports/event clients. Plan full-funnel strategies aligned with different business objectives. Log all processes and campaign changes within Monday.com. Create clear, consistent reports and performance insights for internal use. Optimise campaigns based on data — not guesswork. Work across diverse verticals, from fashion ecommerce to football ticketing campaigns. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record with Meta Ads (3+ years). Based in the UK (required). Agency experience or multi-account juggling skills. Deep understanding of audience segmentation, pixel setup, attribution and tracking. Excellent documentation and reporting habits. Familiarity with Monday.com and Slack (or similar tools). Nice to Have: Shopify, GA4 or TikTok Ads experience. Knowledge of sports marketing, ticket sales, or events.
