Client Acquisition Specialist - Solicitors Recruitment


We are a dynamic and growing recruitment agency specializing in connecting talented solicitors with leading law firms across the UK. We are now seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist to expand our network of law firm clients. We are looking for a driven individual to proactively identify and engage with potential law firm clients who would benefit from our solicitor recruitment services. This role will involve building relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and presenting the value proposition of partnering with us. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively research and identify potential law firm clients across the UK. * Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers (e.g., Partners, HR Managers, Heads of Legal). * Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, LinkedIn). * Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of using [Your Recruitment Company Name] for their solicitor recruitment needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. * Schedule and potentially attend introductory meetings or calls to further discuss our services. * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and progress. * Work towards and achieve agreed-upon client acquisition targets. * Provide feedback to the internal team regarding market trends and client needs. About You: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (ideally within the recruitment industry or professional services). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong drive to achieve results. * Ability to build rapport and establish credible relationships. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload. * Knowledge of the legal sector or recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential.
