Analyse and create a presentation for 2 business cases. The presentation should consider the following: - Geared toward C level executives and key stakeholders. - Make reasonable assumptions where data is limited. (these assumptions should be documented) - Frame recommendations in a way that resonates with business goals and leadership priorities - Prioritize structure, clarity and decision making logic over exhaustive technical skills - Consider potential impacts to balance sheet ratios, systemic needs (e.g. is the process complicated or would it require a lot of accounting system work, etc.) Business cases are written up and attached. Please use IFRS as the standard for these business cases. Specific references to IFRS standards should be noted, rationale for decisions should be included where relevant. Note that this should be very polished and well written in professional level English.
