We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to support a complex legal case by reviewing and drafting real estate documents. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and provide expert legal analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Review and draft real estate contracts, leases, motions, Appellate briefs, deeds, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance. • Provide legal analysis to support case strategy and mitigate risks. • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements. • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local real estate regulations. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
