I am looking for an Expert Financial Strategist & Business Controller to work Part-Time for my Company. Location: Remote or South Florida-based Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer + performance bonuses Schedule: Flexible, 10–15 hours/week About My Company: Hustle Training 360 is a premium health and wellness company redefining fitness for luxury residential communities in South Florida. We deliver concierge-level personal training, group classes, and recovery services with the standards of a five-star brand. We are scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced, strategic financial operator to build and manage the financial infrastructure that fuels our next stage of growth. Who We’re Looking For: You’re not just a bookkeeper. You’re a financial architect who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments. You know how to translate chaos into clarity and turn high revenue into real profitability. You bring both strategic thinking and execution to the table, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and guiding big-picture decisions. Your Mission: Design, implement, and maintain the financial foundation and forecasting systems that allow Hustle Training 360 to grow from $1M to $5M+ with confidence, clarity, and control. Responsibilities: 1. Create and maintain monthly financial dashboards (P&L, cash flow, budget vs actuals) 2. Build simple, founder-friendly forecasting models for revenue, expenses, and profitability 3. Set up financial tracking tools to identify hidden leaks, debt risks, and margin opportunities 4. Work directly with the CEO to provide insightful, actionable reports that drive better decisions 5. Clean up and organize books, accounts, and integrations (QuickBooks, Zen Planner, Stripe, etc.) 6. Support profit strategy development across multiple business units (personal training, group fitness, new community launches) Requirements: - Proven experience in a finance leadership role (Controller, FP&A, CFO, etc.) - Strong background in small business, service-based or multi-location companies - Fluent in QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, and financial automation tools -Ability to simplify complex financials for non-financial founders -Strong understanding of unit economics, cost analysis, and profitability modeling Bonus: Experience in wellness, fitness, or high-end service industries What Success Looks Like: 1. CEO has clear visibility into cash flow, burn, margins, and targets 2. Financial data becomes a driver of decisions, not a source of stress 3. The business is prepared to scale and invest with confidence 4. Team members are empowered with tools and guardrails around spending and performance
