Ad Specialist | Beauty Industry (Global Shopify Brand)

We are looking for an experienced Ad Specialist to manage and scale our paid advertising across TikTok Spark Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and others. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the beauty and hair care market, proven experience managing high-performing ad campaigns, and a strong analytical mindset focused on performance and ROI. Responsibilities: - TikTok Ads / Spark Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize Ads; use creator content, work closely with the influencer/UGC team to source high-performing assets. - Meta Ads: Build, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns for all funnels. - Creative Strategy & Production: Create your own ad creatives, including copywriting and editing, and iterate based on performance data. - Performance Tracking: Monitor ad performance daily, analyze data, and make real-time optimizations to manage and improve Profitability, MER, ROAS and CPA. - Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining performance, insights, and next steps. - Budget Management: Manage daily and monthly budgets across both platforms efficiently to maximize ROI. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience running TikTok Spark Ads and Meta Ads, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty space. - 3+ years of experience with Shopify - Proven results managing ad accounts with budgets ranging from 2K up to 50K+/month. - Strong understanding of ad metrics, funnel strategies, and creative testing. - Experience working to scale ads leveraging software and AI. - Ability to write compelling ad copy and provide direction on visual content. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
