We're a fast-growing financial coaching startup that empowers entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals to gain clarity, confidence, and control over their money. We offer both business and personal finance coaching, and as we grow, we’re looking for an automation specialist to help us streamline operations and elevate our client experience. What We’re Looking For: An automation expert who can help us integrate and optimize tools like: Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Dubsado, etc.) Email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.) Google Workspace and Notion/ClickUp/Airtable for internal workflows Experience working with client onboarding, scheduling, financial data collection, goal tracking, and automated reporting Key Responsibilities: Audit our current tools, systems, and processes for both business and personal finance coaching services Recommend and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency Build and integrate systems for seamless client management and communication Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations Provide documentation and basic training for team members Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in workflow and business process automation Familiarity with both personal and business financial service workflows Strong understanding of SaaS integrations and no-code/low-code platforms Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, user-friendly systems Bonus: Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or service-based businesses Project Scope: This will begin as a project-based contract with the potential for ongoing work as we expand our systems and offerings.
