We are looking for a skilled web developer with experience in DNS management, WordPress optimization, and website performance improvements to assist with a series of website and hosting fixes. Tasks Include: DNS Configuration & Email Setup Fixes: * Review and correct DNS records (we use Google Workspace for emails, HubSpot for emails, WordPress for the website, and Name.com for hosting) * Check and fix DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records for proper email authentication WordPress Website Adjustments & Optimization: * Top bar menu: Reduce vertical height * Automated backups: Set up a reliable automated backup system * Performance Optimization: Improve website speed based on Google Site Kit recommendations, including: - Serve images in next-gen formats - Eliminate render-blocking resources - Reduce unused CSS & JavaScript - Defer offscreen images - Optimize network payloads & caching policies AdSense Setup Assistance: * Properly configure Google AdSense to run ads efficiently on the website Ideal Skills & Experience: * Expertise in DNS management & email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) * Strong knowledge of WordPress development, themes, and optimizations * Experience with Google Site Kit & AdSense setup * Familiarity with website speed optimization best practices * Ability to guide topics of discussion such as CDNs. * Ability to troubleshoot hosting and website issues effectively If you’re confident in handling these tasks, please apply with relevant experience, examples of past work, and an estimated timeline for completion.
