We’re Vera — an early-stage fintech infrastructure company redefining how debt is managed, regulated, and resolved using AI. We're currently preparing for regulatory approval in the UK (FCA sandbox) and need a tech/web contractor who can step in quickly, clean up our site, and resolve bottlenecks caused by slow execution. This is a short-term, hourly contract (1–3 months). You’ll be jumping into a project that’s already underway but needs finishing touches and fast iteration. We’ve had a developer begin the work, but it’s been slow, and we're now looking for someone who can get things done without handholding, especially across: What We Need Help With Website Finalization (No-code or Light Code) • Build and style two new pages: • “Founder” page (longform article, headshot, PDF download button) • “Work With Us” page (supplied copy and CTAs) • Ensure all core pages are clean, consistent, and mobile responsive • Fix remaining responsiveness and formatting issues (especially on mobile/tablet) • Upload and link final PDFs (pitch deck, investor toolkit, etc.) Email + Domain Support • Authenticate veradebtcoach.ai domain (via Brevo DNS or equivalent) • Set up/verify email inbox access • Fix SMTP/POP3 issues (passwords, deliverability) • Set up email redirects from old CCWE addresses Substack Integration • Embed subscribe form cleanly on homepage and founder page • Link to newsletter archive or feed directly from site • Support formatting of weekly posts (optional) Other Technical Work • Light SEO: add meta titles, descriptions to each page • Set up GA4 or another analytics tool • Optional: embed Notion-hosted forms or Airtable applications if needed What We’re Looking For • Solid experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code/low-code tools • Familiarity with DNS settings, Brevo (Sendinblue), and email config tools • Fast communicator — we work async but expect 24–48 hour turnaround • Independent, execution-driven mindset (this is not a learning project) • Strong attention to visual and functional polish • Based in UK/EU time zones preferred (not required) Our Style of Work • We’re a lean team, moving quickly toward regulatory and investment milestones • You’ll work directly with the founder and ops lead (no layers of approval) • We prioritize clarity, speed, and accountability — if something’s unclear, we expect you to flag it • No weekly standups or rigid process — just get things done and communicate clearly Contract Details • Rate: Up to $125/hour (negotiable based on experience and speed) • Term: Ad hoc tasks over the next 2–4 weeks, with potential for longer-term engagement • Start: Immediately • Tools: Webflow (preferred), Notion, Slack, Brevo How to Apply Please share: • 2–3 examples of similar work (especially domain/email setup or content publishing) • Your availability this week and typical response times • Any specific questions you have about our site or task list We’ll shortlist quickly and aim to hire within 48 hours.
