We are a German network of Facility Management Consultants & Engineers seeking a dedicated Remote Content Creator to produce high-quality content for 100 specialized Facility Management microsites. In this role, you will use the professional version of ChatGPT to help create and refine german-language content on a wide range of facility management topics. This is a full-time, long-term position (40–60 hours per week) with a fixed compensation of $3/hour (no automatic rate increases). The ideal candidate is nice, reliable, and obedient, with a proven track record in content writing (especially in the Facility Management or related technical domain). You should be able to follow instructions carefully and work exclusively on our projects, delivering consistent and well-researched content. Responsibilities Content Creation with AI: Use the professional version of ChatGPT (and your writing skills) to generate engaging, accurate content for our facility management microsites. Each microsite focuses on specific sub-topics (e.g., building maintenance, energy management, cleaning services, safety protocols, etc.). Consistency Across Pages: Follow provided guidelines, templates, and SEO best practices to maintain a consistent style and quality across all microsites. Ensure each webpage meets the standards set by our network (tone, format, keywords, etc.). Content Volume Management: Handle a high volume of content production by organizing your workflow efficiently. Meet weekly and monthly content targets and deadlines for multiple microsites without sacrificing quality. Boss Collaboration: Communicate regularly with our boss to receive topic guidelines, feedback, and revisions. Adapt content based on feedback and ensure it aligns with the experts’ insights and the network’s goals. Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in content writing, especially in Facility Management or related fields (engineering, maintenance, real estate, etc.). Please provide writing samples or portfolio pieces that showcase your work on relevant topics. AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with using ChatGPT or similar AI language models for content creation. You should know how to craft prompts and guide the AI to produce useful content, as well as how to critically review and improve the output. Facility Management Knowledge: A good understanding of facility management concepts and terminology (e.g., HVAC, building maintenance, safety regulations, energy efficiency, custodial services, etc.). Ability to quickly learn and write about new topics in the facility management realm with accuracy. Attention to Detail & Obedience to Guidelines:Diligent and detail-oriented, able to follow detailed instructions, style guides, and feedback precisely. We value a candidate who is cooperative and adheres to the project guidelines without constant supervision. Availability & Commitment:40–60 hours per week availability. This is a full-time commitment, so you should be ready to dedicate your working hours exclusively to our project.
