GRAPHIC DESIGNER POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the InDemand Creative team! The responsibilities of a graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, provided by the Creative Director and/or Leadership team. As a seasoned graphic designer, you should have original ideas, understand industry trends and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, we are looking for a team member who is able to create innovative designs, enjoys working with exciting projects that reach millions of people every day, is able to share their thoughts/ideas to help take a client’s vision to another level, and enjoys collaborating with other creatives. Graphic Designer Responsibility: Create designs for a range of marketing and communication projects/ campaigns, including flyers, brochures, banners, social media posts, and more Develop designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software updates Conduct research and analysis on design and marketing best practices Graphic Designer Requirements: Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Experience in After Effects & other motion graphic software is a plus) Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal team members and external vendors Strong time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects Three (3) or more years of experience in the field is preferred, but not required Working Conditions: This opportunity is 100% remote You must have the ability to have frequent and timely communication between internal/external target audiences You must have great attention to detail and can execute deliverables to meet project deadlines About InDemand: We are a full service creative marketing agency, existing at the intersection of innovation and culture.
