We are seeking a talented Marketing & Brand Collateral Designer to help elevate our growing cleaning company’s visual identity. The ideal candidate will create compelling print-focused (primarily) materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards, just to name a few, that resonate with our target audience. The designer should have a strong understanding of branding principles and be able to deliver high-quality designs that reflect our company values. Sparkora™ Cleaning is a high(er)-end residential and office cleaning company based in Georgia, USA. We are currently in the operational launch phase and seeking a Marketing & Brand Collateral Designer to help finalize and create core visual assets that will represent our brand in the real world. This position is critical to our ongoing operations, helping us produce the materials we need to market, grow, and maintain a professional appearance across all customer touchpoints. Scope of Work: You will be responsible for creating print (primarily) and digital-ready designs that reflect our clean, modern, and luxurious brand aesthetic. Design needs include: Business cards Service flyers (residential and office) Trifold or bifold brochures Uniform/attire design (t-shirt, polo, name tags, etc.) Vehicle decal concept (possibly later) Promotional material templates (e.g., door hangers, thank-you cards) Others based on your recommendation and area expertise What We're Looking For: Strong portfolio showcasing marketing print design Experience creating materials for service-based businesses Ability to follow established brand guidelines (fonts, colors, logo) Experience with attire and merchandise design is a plus Excellent communication and responsiveness (we may iterate quickly) Strong sense of responsibility meeting agreed deadlines Passion to collaborate in tandem with our social media creator Timeline: We’d like to begin immediately and complete the first draft of materials within 7 days, with revisions to follow. This project supports a broader effort to document our operational readiness for a U.S. investor visa application (E-2), so your engagement is essential and time-sensitive. Budget: Please submit your fixed rate for the full project or an hourly rate with an estimated time commitment.
