Touch up screenplay in time for film festival.

Looking to have some touch ups done on my screenplay, a film festival likes the script, and would like me to resubmit at their next opening, but since they didn't tell me what issues need to be fixed, I don't know where to start, been doing really good at festivals, usually get a score of 75 to 80 percent, which is good, but it's not a 100 percent. It could be a simple fix , like typos and formatting, or more dialogue, I just don't know. I due have a list of edits, but haven't been able to implement them in. Don't have the right software. I only have adobe for editing.
