Simulator Tool Update

Seeking somebody to update an already-built simulator tool that's been used on our website since 2021 (but it's a simulator tool that's mainly used from February to April each year). By no means is it a complex simulator, but time management is a major factor for me, as the job details potential scraping for API as well as updating the already-built JS. Python to parse API (Scrapy perhaps?), organize, update to reflect current data/information/reality within our website category (media). Flexible on pay and potential future opportunities. It's not automated as of now (rather manually uploaded to the root of the site), but automation (further earning potential is possible). For now, however, the goal is to get the first version live as soon as possible. And for somebody who knows their way around JS, API, Python, scrappy, etc., this can initially be a quick job for a solid payout (again, with the potential for more possibilities).. Thanks.
