Videographer Needed: Friends for Life Conference – July 9–10 Location: Orlando, FL Project Type: Contract / Freelance Dates: July 9–10, 2025 (a few hours each day) Description: Pip Diabetes Care is seeking a talented and creative videographer to help us capture our presence at the Friends for Life conference, a nationally recognized event supporting children with Type 1 Diabetes and their families. We’re looking for someone who can tell a story through authentic, natural footage and help bring our brand’s mission to life in a warm, real-world setting. Scope of Work: Capture candid, lifestyle-style footage of Pip Diabetes Care’s booth and presence at the conference Film natural interactions, moments of connection, and possibly short interviews or conversations with attendees Edit a short, engaging social media video (under 2 minutes) to highlight Pip’s participation in the event What We’re Looking For: Experience with event videography and storytelling Comfort working in dynamic, family-centered environments Ability to work independently and capture authentic moments without disrupting the natural flow Quick turnaround on edited content (we’ll provide more specifics on deliverables) To Apply: Please include your portfolio and confirm availability for July 9–10.
