Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to support our growing book publishing efforts by managing promotional swaps and campaigns using Book Funnel, Book Clicker, and MailerLite. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with other authors, managing engaging email campaigns, and helping books reach their ideal readers. Responsibilities: Set up and manage promotional swaps and group promotions through Book Funnel and Book Clicker. Coordinate and schedule regular newsletter swaps with other authors in compatible genres. Create, schedule, and track email campaigns in MailerLite, including drafting subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action. Monitor promotional effectiveness, tracking open rates, click rates, and subscriber engagement. Maintain a clear and organized promotional calendar. Collaborate closely with our publishing team to align promotions with book releases and marketing goals. Proactively seek new promotional opportunities and author collaborations to grow our mailing list and increase reader engagement. Requirements: Familiarity with Book Funnel, Book Clicker, or similar promotional platforms is strongly preferred. Proficiency in MailerLite or a similar email marketing platform. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable writing engaging promotional copy, headlines, and email content. Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with authors and promotional partners. Able to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines. Previous experience managing email lists, newsletters, or digital marketing campaigns is highly beneficial. Preferred Skills: Experience in the indie book publishing community. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar). Comfort using project management and collaboration tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Trello, etc.).
