Support Creating Storage and Filing System for Art Photos

I am an artist with a large body of art work focusing on endangered species and marketing/social media photos that need to be organized and stored for two purposes: Easy access for current projects Art photos stored for longevity as a historic record I need a patient person who is a good communicator who will listen to my vision and help implement the best system for organizing, storing and accessing photos and documents. Next step is to recommend filing and storage options and teach me how to use these programs/systems. Must be skilled with PC and microsoft word and programs like Dropbox. Must be have a way to link to my computer so we can screen share. Once system is set up, I can move documents into folders. Short project- up to 4 hours.
