We are a boutique dance company based in the Tri-State area that specializes in personalized dance training, curated event experiences, and performance-based projects. We’re looking for a Client Onboarding & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help manage the flow of our growing client base. This team member will be responsible for handling all client scheduling, onboarding, and booking logistics—ensuring each client feels supported and guided, whether they’re beginning their personal dance journey or planning a large-scale event experience. This is a dynamic role with room for growth within the company, especially for someone who brings initiative, professionalism, and strong communication to the table. In addition to an hourly rate, we offer booking-based bonuses to reward those who help bring in new clients and successfully match them with packages and experiences that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new clients for private dance training, wedding choreography, and performance projects (Sweet 16s, bar/bat mitzvahs, etc.) Match clients with the best service package based on their goals, event, or vision Maintain a clear schedule of ongoing client sessions and project timelines Send follow-ups, reminders, and confirmations to clients Assist in client relationship management with clear, kind, and professional communication Collaborate with the team on high-level events such as: -Wedding first dances, bridesmaid choreography -Sweet 16 and bar/bat mitzvah performances -Salsa dance experiences (private, group, or restaurant activations) -Commercial and corporate dance events -Residential community experiences
