We combine creative execution with streamlined operations to help our clients stand out in a crowded marketplace. Role Overview The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the primary point of contact between the company, editors, videographers, and clients. You will ensure that projects move smoothly from scheduling to delivery, that client expectations are exceeded, and that internal teams stay aligned and informed. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and great at both communication and project tracking. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client communication and service updates via email, Slack, and Tonomo Coordinate media requests, schedules, and assignments with photographers and videographers Monitor Monday.com boards to track project status and timelines Assign editors based on incoming footage and ensure clear handoff instructions Review final deliverables for accuracy and flag any issues before sending to clients Ensure timely and professional follow-up on client revision requests or questions Maintain organized digital records and keep all project statuses updated Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks or miscommunications quickly Escalate feedback, concerns, or process inefficiencies to leadership when appropriate Participate in weekly team stand-ups and performance reviews Manage schedules and book shoots for clients Success Metrics On-time project delivery rate Client satisfaction (based on internal and external feedback) Editor/photographer handoff accuracy Responsiveness and communication clarity Project issue resolution turnaround time Qualifications 5+ years in a client service, account management, or project coordination role Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using tools like Slack, Monday.com, Dropbox, Tonomo, and Google Drive Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Experience in real estate, media production, or agency settings is a plus
